“Rambunctious folk and joyous elemental pop”The Guardian
“Furiously contagious….uniquely, charmingly British”Clash
“Ear-worm melodies” 4 Stars – Financial Times
“We love being busy,” says lead singer Matt. “Touring is what it’s all about and ultimately is what brings us together as a band. We can’t wait to get out there and play.”
The tour follows a busy summer which saw them play at the likes of The Great Escape, The Cambridge Folk Festival,Glastonbury, and Larmer Tree along with their very own CampWildfire, a 1950’s-style camp ‘Adventure Questival’ in a Kent forest coinciding with the launch of their new album, ‘Wildfire.’
Released in June, the five-piece’s ‘Wildfire’ album won them huge praise everywhere from MOJO Magazine, The Guardian, The Independent and the Financial Times to Songlines, fRoots and Clash. The success of the album’s first single ‘Won’t Look Back’ also saw continued support from long-time fan Dermot O’Leary, who invited them onto his BBC Radio 2 show to perform.
After the tour, the band also have the honour of supporting Bellowhead on their farewell tour this winter.
