Things are going to get loud when Jettblack bring their unique brand of hard rock to Nottingham’s hallowed Rescue Rooms in February. The up and coming metal titans are well known for their inescapably catchy riffs and soaring vocals, making this a gig no rocker can afford to miss. Originally beginning as Skirtbox in 2000, the boys have a lot of practice under their belts and it shows in their performances. Jettblack are as tight live as any band out there today. They can pull off any of their huge rock ballads and make sure everyone in the room is having fun at the same time.
Having previously played venues such as The London Roundhouse, Camden Barfly and Nottingham’s Rock City as well as supporting bands like Airbourne, Reckless Love, Young Guns and Papa Roach, they come to Rescue Rooms on February 12th. They are worth checking out for fans of Motley Crue, Guns N’ Roses, The Treatment, Kiss and ACDC. They are just about to release a third album as Jettblack and after the success of the first two albums, now is the time to catch them before they, as their new single predicts, explode.

This is sure to be an incredible night out for die hard fans and new converts alone. The fact that you have the chance to see a band this impressive for around £10 is enough to silence anyone questioning the current state of Rock *Cough* Gene Simmons clearly hasn’t heard these guys yet *Cough*. Still don’t believe me? Blast ‘Get Your Hands Dirty’ (link below) through your speakers and then try telling me you aren’t pumped for February 12th.
